PKMF (Pacific Kids Mural Foundation) supported to make a mural at an office inside the Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. Katsuyoshi Shioda, owner of a vegetable intermediate wholesaler wanted to renovate his office and make it bright and colorful.He simply wanted the children to have fun while making a mural and be more interested in traditional Japanese vegetables.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He says, he enjoys working at the new office surrounded by children’s mural.

 

Shioda picked this character and he will use it as vegetable’s package logo.

Tsukiji Market will be closed in October 2018 and will move to the new “Toyosu Market”.
